  Holy crap. Smiths would be mad.
  .went to self check out, with our wine just now. The Spanish girl was on her cell. .I asked can you help us. She rudely said you can't check out wine here. Maybe she should be trained that not all people are from California.. Cuz I'm Nevada you can!!!...so then. I went to the 15 items or less, right next lane, and the black lady couldn't smile for the life of it, then she walks around says excuse me takes my wine out of the carry cart, I'm like omg this is the rudest grocery store ever,
  P eople need to appreciate having a job with benefits, they need customer service training 4 sure.

  Friendly staff! I was there for the first time late in the evening, about 9:30, so maybe it's that shift, but I choose to shop where the people are nice. This Ralph's is now on my Yes List. I'll add a fifth star when I start finding bread that is actually fresh, more locally sourced products... and hearing that Ralph's has left the ranks of grocers who charge premiums for shelf placement.

  It's a grocery store, come on. Do try the wine though, Apothic Red Blend, so good. Of course you can get it most places, always cheaper at Trader J's.

  Open until 2am which is great for late night shoppers like me. Came here at about 10pm and there were still lots of people around, lines go quickly and service was friendly. Will definitely come here again!
